2024 Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon
On October 27th, 2024, MSF participated in the Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon as a medical provider and co-sponsor of the event. This was an opportunity for MSF to increase our visibility and brand awareness with a key target audience for our fundraising efforts.
We were joined by more than 60 MSF staff and their family or friends, who participated in various race categories. We also hosted an exhibition booth, offering an opportunity to connect with other marathon participants.
MSF OCP’s emergency medical team was on hand to provide vital ambulance and medical services throughout the event. Our dedicated team treated over 100 individuals for minor injuries and responded to 4 serious cases, helping to ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
